The Hangzhou Asian Games was successfully concluded shortly before the exhibition. While cheering for the Chinese athletes, Endurance-ShinMaywa continued to make efforts to collect and transfer garbage in Hangzhou city.In order to ensure the smooth holding of the Hangzhou Asian Games, Endurance-ShinMaywa has built four garbage transfer stations for Hangzhou for consecutive 5 years from 2019 to 2023, and provided after-sales service that is responsive at any time.

New product - split type waste compression equipment

At this exhibition, Endurance-ShinMaywa launched a new waste transfer product for the first time - split waste compression equipment, aiming to provide a richer solution for future urban and rural waste collection and transfer.Currently, urban garbage transfer stations are facing more demands such as aging renovation, performance improvement, and environmental beautification. The FYZ15 series split type garbage compression equipment launched by Endurance-ShinMaywa is suitable for small garbage transfer stations with less than 100 tons. This equipment is developed for integrated compression boxes with heavy weight, low loading capacity, and low compression efficiency.The equipment adopts the "forward in, forward out" collection method on the same layer, which can achieve the layout of "one machine, multiple bins" and "one machine, two positions, multiple bins", meeting different collection needs. The equipment has the following features and advantages:

■The transfer box body is separated from the hopper and pusher, with light weight, ensuring a loading capacity of 15 tons per box (without overloading);

■The top feeding of the box body, along with the high-position barocline mode, ensures that the machine compartment is separated without leaking water and without slag inclusion;

■Suitable for both dry and wet garbage;

■High equipment integration, short installation and commissioning time, and low site requirements;

Based on these features, the equipment is also suitable for the increasing demand for popularizing garbage collection and transfer in rural areas in the future, further reducing the requirements for land, space, equipment, etc.
